MAIS-S was a research project in the CMU-Portugal program and addresses the problem of planning in decentralized multiagent systems in the context of intelligent surveillance networks. The project involved research teams at INESC-ID (coordinated by Francisco Melo), at IST/ISR (coordinated by me), at Carnegie Mellon University (coordinated by Manuela Veloso), and at Observit.
